I've confirmed the Wi-Fi name and Password are correct. Why is my Star Micronics Wi-Fi Printer not connecting?

Answer

Star Micronics Printers are very particular when it comes to the Wi-Fi name or SSID. The name is case sensitive and cannot contain any spaces or special characters.

However, some characters like _ or - can be used

Example: Business Wifi would not work

Example: Business_Wifi would
