What can I do if the default user ID and password don´t work when trying to access the back office in Aldelo PFR?

Answer

To access the back office without the default user ID and password, you will need to get an access code from Aldelo. To do this, tab onto the back office square and press alt+shift+ctrl and then the home key. This will bring up a number pad box with a small number at the very top. Call Aldelo with this number and type the code they give you into the number pad that came up. Note- if you close the pad and reopen it the number at the top will change. This should allow you into the back office.
