My touchscreen was working fine until recently. What could have caused it to stop working?

First, try restarting your computer to see if that fixes the issue. If the touchscreen has recently been moved into a different USB port, that could have caused the software to not recognize it. Try moving the touchscreen into a different USB port, perhaps the port it was originally working on. If the touchscreen has not recently been moved to a different USB port, try reinstalling the drivers (under Device Manager, right click the HID-compliant touch screen option and either "enable" the option, or "update driver software"). If these do not resolve the issue, please contact our tech support for further troubleshooting.
