Can I use the EpsonNet Configuration utility to find an Epson printer on my network, over the internet?
Answer
The EpsonNet Configuration Utility will only find network enabled printers on the internal network of the business location in which the printer is installed. Unfortunately, the utility will not find a specific printer over the internet, based on IP address, unless a specific web address has been assigned to the printer or a cloud based print service is used.
