The only real difference between these two printers is the ink that they use. The C7500 Matte printer uses standard pigment-based inks for printing on a variety of label and material types. It can print on paper-based matte and high gloss labels as well as matte polypropylene and matte chemical labels. The C7500G uses a slightly different type of ink that is designed for better adhesion to glossy surfaces. So while the standard C7500 can print on glossy paper labels, the C7500G can print on a wider range of glossy label materials including polypropylene and polyester. If your business is going to be printing primarily glossy labels then the C7500G will give you more flexibility in that department.
