My Epson TM-T88IV receipt printer cuts off the receipt halfway through, then continues to print the rest. It also functions erratically otherwise, printing stretches of blank paper, and behaving incorrectly. How can I fix it?

In nearly all cases, this is due to an incorrect print driver.  Please download the correct driver from our website: Epson TM-T88IV print driver.


The other possible cause of this issue is that you are using software which interfaces directly with the printer -- bypassing the print driver entirely -- and the software is not configured correctly for your printer. Regrettably, we are unable to assist with configuring such software, and contacting the developer of your software is recommended.
