This application will work any Android smartphone that has access to the Google Play Store. The application was designed to be used with a mobile computer that has an integrated barcode scanner for optimal efficiency. How do I connect a database to this app?

My printer isn't being detected. What should I do?

My label is printing off-centered or on multiple labels. How do I fix that?

Depending on the Make & Model of the label printer you are using, you typically can calibrate the device through the printer interface, driver settings on a windows computer, or through an App on your phone or Mobile Computer. If you purchased your device from POSGuys.com, please reach out to us for assistance. If you are using a printer purchased from another vendor you can attempt to use the printer's Auto Calibration. See below for steps using popular Zebra printers.

ZD200 Series: Once your media is loaded and the device is powered on, hold Feed for 3 seconds.
ZD400 Series: Once your media is loaded and the device is powered on, press and hold the PAUSE & CANCEL button for 2 seconds. The printer will measure a few labels and adjust media accordingly. Finally, press the pause button.
ZD600 Series: Once your media is loaded and the device is powered on, press and hold PAUSE & CANCEL button for 2 seconds.The printer will measure a few labels and adjust media accordingly. When the printer stops, the Status indicator turns solid green.

My labels are printing very lightly. How can I make it darker?

Depending on the Make & Model of the label printer you are using, you typically can calibrate heat settings for the device through the printer interface, windows setup utility, driver settings on a windows computer, or through an App on your phone or Mobile Computer. If you have access to the Zebra Setup Utility, this is considered the easiest method for configuring your Zebra Printer.
