Can the Epson TM-T88IV receipt printer be set to print to other paper widths than 80mm?

Answer

Yes, the TM-T88IV can be set to print to any size receipt paper, so long as the paper is physically compatible with the printer. In order to do this, you must first have the Epson Advanced Print Driver installed.

After assuring that you have the correct driver installed, follow these instructions to change the paper size in your print driver:

1. Click Start, click Run, type control printers, and then press Enter. (In Windows 7, click Start, type control printers, and then press Enter.)
2. Locate your TM-T88IV's driver (by default, it will be labeled Epson TM-T88IV) and right-click on the icon. In Windows XP or Windows Vista, select Properties. In Windows 7, select Printer Properties.
3. Click Printer Preferences in Windows XP or Vista, or Preferences in Windows 7. Select the Layout tab, and select User Defined Paper Size from the Paper Size menu.
4. Enter your desired width in the Paper Width field. If desired, save your paper size by entering your desired name in the Paper Size Name field, then click Save Paper Size. Click OK.
5. Click OK to close the Preferences window, then click OK again to close the Properties window.
