Is it possible to use one language for normal functions in Aldelo, and another for kitchen prep tickets?

Yes, it is possible to use a separate language for kitchen prep tickets in Aldelo.

First, you will need to configure your menu items to use two languages. When editing a menu item, use the Secondary Language field to enter the item name in a different language from the primary one (eg. Spanish instead of English). You will need to do this for each menu item and modifier.

After configuring your menu, click Store Settings in the Aldelo back office. Click the Print tab, then the Multilingual tab. If you would like your kitchen printer(s) to use both the primary and secondary languages, check Kitchen/Bar Print Both Languages. If you would like the kitchen printer(s) to use only the secondary language, check Kitchen Use Secondary Language.
