Yes! As long as you have the correct version

In order to use a weigh scale with BarTender's data entry forms you will need to have either the Automation or Enterprise Automation version of BarTender. When the scale is connected, BarTender will be able to 'see' the scale. "BarTender contains a number of pre-defined configurations for specific scale manufacturers and models, and you can easily select one of these natively supported models using the Add Scale Wizard. Some scales, however, need more configuration"
