How do I disable the Done or Chain button in Aldelo POS?

Follow the steps below to disable the Done and Chain buttons on the order screen in Aldelo POS:

  • Click on Back Office
  • Click on Station Settings
  • Select the Quick Service tab
  • Check the Disabled Done/Chain in Order Entry Screen box
  • Click Save and then Done
