Service Scope & Important Details

Important: Support is sold in 1-hour increments and is not an extended warranty or comprehensive support contract.

Hardware Troubleshooting Support Scope (PG-HWSUPPORT-1HR)

Hardware Troubleshooting Support provides remote troubleshooting by phone or remote desktop session for common POS hardware setup and performance issues.

  • Sold in 1-hour increments
  • Scheduling: sessions generally require at least 24 hours scheduling notice
  • We make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue, but resolution cannot be guaranteed and some devices, software, or requests may fall outside supported scope.

Printer Install Service Scope (PG-PRINTSUPPORT-15MN)

Printer Install service covers remote printer driver installation for standard Windows environments when this service is purchased.

A standard driver install is typically a 15-minute process. If the install requires deeper troubleshooting beyond a normal driver setup, we will either:

  • Escalate to standard Hardware Troubleshooting Support rates, or
  • Cancel the Printer Install attempt and refund the Printer Install service charge.

Networking, domain, group policy, and broader IT environment issues are outside the scope of the Printer Install service. In those cases, we can refund the install fee or continue under standard troubleshooting support.
