Getting Support with POSGuys

To receive support from POSGuys for your Cash Register Express (CRE) system, you must have an active support contract with Heartland and submit a Change of Reseller form. This form officially requests Heartland to reassign your account to POSGuys as your new reseller.

Important Notes About the Process:

  • The change of reseller process may take a few business days to complete.
  • Heartland will contact your current reseller to confirm the change.
  • If your current reseller denies the request or claims ownership of your account, this could delay or prevent the transfer.
  • You must have an active support contract with Heartland in order to receive support from POSGuys.
