Question

How can I have the scanner perform two tabs at the end of every scan with the Xi2000?

Answer

The unit can be configured to have a multiple tab return using the Scan Manager program found on our website. Within the Scan Manager program:
  1. Select what scanner you are using
  2. Click Configure on the menu bar
  3. Select Configure Scanner
  4. Go to the Symbology tab
  5. Click on the white box underneath the word Suffix Code
  6. click the Clear button then click on the HT box twice
  7. Click Ok then click on Ok again
  8. click on the printer icon and print off the configuration sheet
Scan the barcodes on that sheet and the unit should be configured to perform the functions you specified.
