FAQ# 2244: Can the Zebra ZD410 label printer use the same labels as the older Zebra 2824?

In some cases, your old labels for the LP2824 can work with the ZD410. The ZD410 was designed as a replacement for the Zebra LP2824 and can accept the same labels as long as they are direct thermal labels. There is no thermal transfer model of the ZD410 so if the labels you were using were thermal transfer labels then they won't work.
