I can't find the Drawer Kick (DK or DEK) port on my Bixolon SRP-350III.

Answer

The Drawer Kick Port has been moved to the bottom of some versions of the SRP-350II printers. Turn -over the prin-ter and check for the port there. If you are still having issues finding the port, please reach out to our support team or Bixolon directly
