Why isn´t my Kitchen / Bar / or Recipt printer printing?
First, make sure that your Printer was installed correctly.
- Right Click on My Computer
- Click on the Hardware Tab
- If you see a device with an exclamation mark, then refer to your printer documentation, or contact technical support
Next, go to:
- Control Panel
If everything looks good, then we can now setup Aldelo.
- Go to Back Office
- Station Settings
- Printer tab
- Receipt Printer tab (for the receipt printer) or Kitchen/Bar tab (for the kitchen and bar printers) With the ´Printer´ drop down menu, select the appropriate printer. Then under printer type, you are able to select the font size for specific printer types and language support.
