Question
Why is my printer printing a long white space in my receipts in Aldelo?
Answer
It is likely that the system thinks that it needs to print all the space that may have been added in this message box and these spaces need to be removed to shorten the printout.
Go to:

- Back Office
- Store Settings
- Receipts
- Guest Checks
And erase everything in the Guest Receipt Message box until the scroll bar is disabled. This should remove the white space in printed receipts.
