POSGuys.com is a reseller of products manufactured by third parties. Warranty coverage is provided by the original product manufacturer and varies by brand. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty specifics.

If you experience a defective product at any time during the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact POSGuys.com. While we may not be able to submit a claim on your behalf, we can help determine the correct steps and facilitate communication with the manufacturer when possible, including during Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases.

We do not extend or imply any additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.

POSGuys may set certain products as non-cancelable and non-returnable.
