The Opticon OPN2005 offers terrific laser scanning in a tiny cordless scanner, an ideal companion scanner for Android, iOS, and Blackberry devices. With its lightweight, easy to use design, the OPN2005 is great for registries, basic inventory management, or even mobile POS applications.

A laser scanner, the OPN2005 reads barcodes from up to a foot away, depending on the formatting. This depth of field makes it easy for users of all skill levels to get quick scans. The class 2 laser reads barcodes at up to 100 scans per second, ensuring quick scanning and accuracy every time.

The OPN2005's Bluetooth radio connects you to most mobile devices, giving you about 40 feet of radio range. When not connected via Bluetooth, the OPN2005 can store batches of scanned barcodes and time stamps, which can be retrieved later. The built-in memory stores over 20,000 barcodes and time stamps, giving you an easy and affordable basic inventory management solution.
