The Zebra Enterprise MC45 mobile computer offers the combination of lightweight design and rugged durability your field crews demand. The mobile computer features a terrific combination of communications technologies, data capture, and design, making it an ideal fit for field service crews, delivery service, and mobile POS applications.
Powered by a fast ARM 11 processor and 256 MB of RAM, the MC45 runs Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5.3 pro with ease. The OS gives you compatibility with legacy Windows Mobile applications, fantastic if you want to upgrade aging hardware. A 26-key numeric keypad provides a familiar feel to feature phones and mobile computers, ensuring quick data entry on the go.
The MC45 features the radios you need to stay in contact inside and outside the office. An 802.11a/b/g WiFi radio provides fast in-office data connections. While on the road, you have your choice of 3.5G HSDPA or Quad-Band GPRS/EDGE Radios, with GPS for route management assistance. A Bluetooth II radio allows you to connect peripherals as needed, including wireless printers, headsets, and more.
Capturing data on the go can be difficult, thankfully the MC45 comes with a built-in 1D laser scanner with Adaptive Scan technology, reading even damaged, dirty, or poorly printed barcodes. With this scanner you can read barcodes from up to 15 feet away, eliminating the errors that come with hand-entering data. For image capture, such as delivery or shipment damage verification, the MC45's 3.2 megapixel camera takes crisp and clear photos.
Zebra Enterprise built the MC45 to survive life on the road, handling abuse and extending the life of your investment. The reinforced body withstands drops of 5 feet and operates in temperatures as cold as 14° F. It sports an environmental seal of IP64, meaning no dust nor splashes of water can harm internal components. A 1 year warranty is standard, with additional service plans available, making the Zebra Enterprise MC45 a smart long term investment.
