The DataLogic Magellan 1100i has reached end of life. It has been replaced by the DataLogic Magellan 1500i.
This product replaces the older DataLogic Diamond.
The Datalogic Magellan 1100i barcode scanner provides fast omnidirectional 1D and 2D scanning for any medium to high volume retail environment. An omnidirectional imager, the Magellan 1100i has an optimal scan range of contact to 7", excellent for standard retail scanning. The 1,768 scan per second scan speed ensures the Magellan 1100i keeps up with even fast-paced grocery environments. Datalogic's Illumix intelligent illumination technology allows Magellan 1100i to adjust light levels for better reads of barcodes, especially on mobile phones, PDAs, or computer screens.
Datalogic's Green Spot technology illuminates the barcode just scanned, providing a visual cue ideal for environments such as manufacturing plants or libraries, where audible tones either can't or shouldn't be heard. An optional button on top of the barcode scanner allows you to gain greater precision when scanning, making the Datalogic Magellan 1100i a great presentation or handheld barcode scanner for any high volume scanning operation.
