The PosiFlex KS6800 has reached end of life. It has been replaced by the PosiFlex KS7200 Series.
The Posiflex KS6800 POS computer offers space savings and a reliable fanless design, fantastic for rough retail or restaurant environments, including outdoor checkstands or order stations. The small footprint of the KS6800 and mountable accessories keeps your checkstand or counterspace clutter-free.
The KS6800 features an aluminum alloy housing, which channels heat away from the motherboard and allows for sealed, fan-free operation. This fan-free design of the KS6800 not only saves on electricity used to cool the computer, it allows it to survive accidental water spills more easily. The computer also operates in a wider range of temperatures than the competition, running in environments as cold as 14° F.
Available with a 10" or 12" LCD display, the KS6800 uses 5-wire resistive touch technology to make order entry a snap. The KS680 is powered by an Intel Atom processor and up to 2 GB of RAM, ensuring your software runs smoothly and headache free. Add-ons, including a rear-mount customer display and side-mount magnetic card reader, add versatility to the KS6800.
