If prompted, click Yes on the User Account Control screen and then I Agree
After installation, provide the Help ID and Passcode to your support technician
The temporary session password is automatically generated when you start the viewing session and must be provided to the remote user.
(Requires installation of Heartbeat RM remote support tool)
Note: The remote connection tool will automatically uninstall itself after 24 hours, if you wish to remove it sooner you can do so in the Windows Control panel add/remove programs.
