ET60/ET65 Tablets
The most versatile rugged Android™ business tablets
Zebra ET60 and ET65 enterprise tablets combine the flexibility of a tablet, laptop alternative and vehicle-mount computer. Their consumer-style design is built for dust, dirt and grime in manufacturing plants and warehouses, freezer operation, vehicle vibration and outdoor exposure to rain, snow, ice, heat and cold.
Both models pair Qualcomm processing, removable batteries, enterprise data capture and Zebra DNA software tools with Wi-Fi 6E. The ET60 is intended for Wi-Fi environments, while ET65 configurations add cellular and location capabilities for work that moves between facilities, yards, ports and the field.

Rugged redefined
Designed to handle practically everything
The ET60/ET65 is drop-tested on concrete, dustproof, corrosion-resistant and designed for freezer use and temperatures up to 131°F/55°C with a battery. Zebra also tests for vibration, thermal shock, solar radiation, salt fog and electrostatic discharge, supporting work in warehouses, manufacturing plants, ports, yards, field service and public safety.
A display you can see everywhere
The optically bonded 1,000-nit display remains readable outside in bright sunlight and inside dim facilities. Corning Gorilla Glass protects the display and the optional scanner exit window, while the touchpanel accepts bare or gloved fingers or a conductive stylus and rejects water droplets.
Rugged redefined
An extraordinary 4-year lifecycle
Zebra specifies a four-year sales lifecycle from initial release, reducing mixed-model deployments, and extends service for an additional four years for up to eight total years of service and support. The ET60 and ET65 carry a three-year hardware warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
Peripherals and Accessories
The battery is removable, the microSD slot is user accessible and the rear expansion connector supports added capabilities. These serviceable and expandable elements help organizations configure a consistent platform for different jobs.
Get the ultimate in flexibility—so much more than a tablet
Turn it into a vehicle mount computer
Lock either model into Zebra's vehicle dock for a forklift or other material-handling vehicle. In supported freezer configurations, the dock powers a heated touchpanel and warehouse keyboard so the screen stays clear in condensing environments and the keyboard stays free of ice.
Battery-free operation
The dock keeps device features and the rear expansion connector accessible, and an optional warehouse keyboard supports on-the-move data entry. A battery-free configuration can draw power from the host vehicle, eliminating the need to purchase and maintain tablet batteries for fixed vehicle use.
Get the ultimate in flexibility—so much more than a tablet
Create a 2-in-1 laptop
Attach the optional friction-hinge keyboard to turn the ET60/ET65 into a laptop alternative for heavy data entry. The same tablet can be carried independently, used at a desk or moved into a vehicle dock without maintaining separate device types.
Other Zebra accessories include a CAC reader, RFID reader, two-slot battery charger, stylus, hand strap, kickstand, shoulder strap and handle. The options allow buyers to build configurations for identity, RFID, scanning, mobility or extended-shift workflows.
The most powerful tablet in its class
A processor built for today and tomorrow
The Qualcomm 6490 octa-core 2.7 GHz platform supports artificial intelligence, machine learning, 5G and Wi-Fi 6E applications.
Maximum Android power
Android multitasking includes a taskbar for launching and switching apps and drag-and-drop split-screen operation for two apps at once.
Connectivity
Two USB Type-A ports, USB Type-C with charging and DisplayPort support, docking and keyboard connectors, stereo speakers, two microphones and programmable keys support workstation and peripheral use. External Zebra scanners can connect over USB or Bluetooth, including SSI support for specified DS/LI 36XX, RS5100 and RS6100 models.

All the most powerful wireless connections
Wi-Fi 6E provides fast local connectivity across the ET60 and ET65 family. ET65 configurations add public 4G/5G, private 5G and, in the United States, CBRS support for large facilities, ports and yards.
A physical Nano SIM and eSIM can support connections to private and public cellular networks; actual bands and carrier support vary by configuration and region. ET65 configurations also add dual-band GNSS using GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS for field location workflows.

All the battery power your workers need
The 8,920 mAh standard battery is rated for 10 hours in Zebra's indoor test, while the 17,840 mAh extended battery is rated for 20 hours. A super capacitor keeps the tablet powered during hot swaps, and PowerPrecision+ provides battery health information so administrators can identify batteries that should be removed from service.
With a 45 W supply, Zebra specifies 4% to 80% charge times of 2.5 hours for the standard battery and 5.5 hours for the extended battery. Actual runtime and super-capacitor performance vary with use conditions.

Keep your tablets secure every minute of the day
LifeGuard for Android provides regular operating-system patches and security updates across the tablet lifecycle. Secure Boot, Verified Boot and select FIPS 140-2/Common Criteria configurations add platform protections.
Private cellular control, SIM and eSIM encryption and optional Common Access Card support address sensitive deployments. The 8 MP front camera also includes a mechanical privacy shade.

Meets any barcode scanning need
For occasional barcode capture, integrated software uses the 16 MP autofocus rear camera and its flash. Scan-intensive configurations can add the SE55 1D/2D Advanced Range scan engine with IntelliFocus technology, which Zebra specifies from near contact to 40 ft./12 m away.
The optional scanner is designed to capture barcodes quickly across varied conditions. A dedicated scan button and Zebra data-capture software support repeatable frontline workflows.
The most powerful tablet in its class
Automate data capture
OCR Wedge can use the rear camera to recognize license plates, VINs, TINs, identification documents, meter readings and shipping-container numbers. It formats captured information and sends it to a business application without custom programming; each OCR Wedge data type requires a license.
These capabilities fit yard and inventory management, proof of service, meter reading, inspections, mobile work orders, incident and patient-care reporting and in-vehicle inventory.
Drive workforce productivity and device value to a new level with Zebra DNA
The industry’s most complete and proven software tools
Zebra DNA tools support application integration, web applications and barcode-data capture without code. Devices can provision out of the box, while administrators can stage a handful or thousands of tablets by scanning a barcode or tapping an NFC tag.
Management tools help locate missing devices, control Google Mobile Services and test major systems before sending hardware for repair. Worker tools improve Wi-Fi, manage Bluetooth accessories, adapt the on-screen keyboard, restrict apps and features and capture multiple barcodes with one scan-button press.
Markets and Applications
Warehouse and distribution uses include loading, cross-docking, yard management, inventory, picking and cold storage. Manufacturing teams can use the tablets for plant-floor management, maintenance, quality assurance, inspections, mobile HMI and staff communications.
Field-service workflows include routing, dispatch, work orders, proof of service, meter reading, compliance and personnel tracking. Public-safety uses include incident and patient-care reporting, dispatch, in-vehicle inventory and team communications.
