Answer

To enable tax discounts in Store Manager Classic:

1. Go to SETUP, SALES TAX SETUP
2. Click on The TAX 2 tab.
3. Click back on the TAX 1 tab.
4. HOLD SHIFT, and press the "D" key.
5. Then click the box to enable it.
