My Zebra TLP 2824 Plus is printing on only half the label. How can I make it print on the whole label?
Answer
Whenever this scenario occurs you need to check your alignment or paper/size selection.
To calibrate the alignment:

Navigate to Devices and Printers

Right click on the label printer

Click on Printing Preferences
-
In the Printing Preferences, click on the Tools tab.

Select the Command Type: Action and the Command name: Calibrate media

Click Send A series of labels will feed out of the printer after they are done open up your printer and roll back the labels. Close the lid and feed one label to ensure proper feed alignment. Try printing your document again to see if the alignment has been corrected.
If it has not then specify your printer page size. To do this:

Navigate to Devices and Printers

Right click on the label printer

Click on Printing Preferences
-
In the Printing Preferences, click on the Options tab.

Set the Paper Format and set the correct label Width and Height in the Size section
