If you've installed the media and have reset, configured and calibrated the printer correctly and the printer is feeding labels but not printing on them; you'll want to check the power supply. For example; the TLP2824 Plus requires 20 VDC output from its powersupply. If you're using a powersupply with a lower output (ie. 12v) it may still be able to feed the labels, but isnt receiving enough power for the thermal printing to operate correctly.
