Can you set-up a receipt printer for Square to print both a copy of the receipt and order ticket?

Answer

If you are using one of the Star recommended printers you can update the settings so that it prints both the receipt and order ticket from the receipt printer. If you are using the latest version of Square, follow the steps below:

Open Square and go to the Settings Menu.
Scroll down to Printers and select the receipt printer.
There should be 3 options for types of prints.

Turning on both the receipt and the order ticket option should let the printer do both.
