Answer

The Zebra ZD420 and ZD620 models have what is called Real Time Clock standard on the devices. This means that the aforementioned printers use a standard CMOS battery on the inside of the printer, to keep track of the time that is set to it, when removed from power.

The Zebra ZT series of printers, which are the Industrial line of printers, are also capable of RTC as well.
