Zebra ZD611

The ZD611 is Zebra's premium 2" label printer. Available in both direct thermal and thermal transfer models, this powerful printer comes ready to handle any low to medium volume print job you need to throw at it. Building on replacing Zebra's widely-popular flagship ZD410 and TLP 2824+ printers, the ZD611 features upgraded print speeds and a re-vamped user interface. Direct thermal models come standard with a 5-icon LED/3-button user interface or a 4" full-color touch display on thermal transfer models.

Featuring a new architecture for added performance and Zebra’s exclusive Print DNA software suite, the ZD611 allows easy setup, operation and maintenance. On top of this, the ZD611 features a movable sensor for greater media flexibility, media dancer for excellent print quality, a printer setup mobile app, and PDF Direct printing (call for details) all backed by 2-year warranty.

Options for any Use Case: Options such as 300 dpi resolution, wireless, and Serial connectivity as well as peeler and cutter media handling, allow customers to add features as needed. Plus, the battery accessory turns the ZD611 into a transportable printing solution. Beyond thermal transfer and direct thermal models, the ZD611 also offers tailor-made models for healthcare—in both thermal transfer and direct thermal. Linerless for less waste is available in the direct thermal model, and UHF RFID is available on the thermal transfer model. All thermal transfer models come standard with the color touch display.
