As I am sure customer service is important to most companies, your customers and clients can be your most valuable information. A simple survey with a limited amount of questions could make you customer feel important and give you vital information about your company and the people representing it.

Below is a general product/service customer satisfaction, use, recommendation survey.

Some questions it could include are:

* How often do you use _______? 
* Overall, how satisfied are you with ________? 
* How likely are you to use/purchase _______ again? 
* Would you recommend ________ to others? 
* What recommendations would you offer for improving _______? 
* Did the person you spoke with seem knowledgeable about _____? 
* How was your overall experience?

These could be fill-in-the-blank or multiple choice questions. Keep it short, keep it simple. Maybe offer a coupon for their next purchase after they complete the survey. Try to keep the questions positive and maybe leave a space for them to add a comment. I know it always feels great to get a compliment or be informed if you aren't meeting expectations, so you can fix the problem you may not be aware of.

Stay positive. Be Attentive. Be patient. As customer service reps, we know that we cannot let a heated customer force us to lose our cool; in fact it is our job to try to be the "rock" for a customer who thinks the world is falling down due to their current problem
