How can I make the Cash Register ask me if I want identify the customer for Store Manager Classic?

Answer

To change the settings so that Store Manager Classic asks to identify the customer:

Enter Proxis office
Click on setup
System setup
More settings
Under the identify customer option, choose always remind.

This should change the settings so that you receive a prompt to identify the customer each transaction.
