I am receiving errors in Store Manager Register and the software closes when accessing product details for some items. How can I fix this?

This issue is likely due to an invalid entry in the 'Tax Code' field. Any time something has been entered into Tax Code other than 0-8, the product can result in an error.
To prevent this, enter Proxis Office and open the P1 folder. Find the product in question and change the value in the 'Tax Code' field to be between 1 and 8. This should resolve this issue.
