What is SaaSurance for PC America's Cash Register Express Retail Software?
Answer
SaaSurance was a monthly software maintenance service for Cash Register Express (CRE) that provided software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. It was not a technical support contract.
SaaSurance is no longer available for new enrollments. Customers who are currently enrolled may continue their existing SaaSurance service, but new Cash Register Express customers cannot purchase SaaSurance as a standalone offering.
Customers with an active support contract receive software updates and maintenance as part of their support plan. If you have questions about your current CRE licensing or support options, please contact us for assistance.
