Building on the Falcon series, the Falcon X3+ offers the tools and features ideal for demanding scanning applications. The mobile computer is available in handheld or pistol-grip form factors, so your employees can use the ergonomic design best suited for their work flow. For manual data input, the Falcon X3+ can ship with either a 29-key numeric keypad with large buttons or a 52-key alphanumeric keypad for more intense data entry applications.

The mobile computer comes with one of four scan engines: a high performance laser scanner, an auto-ranging long range laser scanner, a standard range 2D imager, or an extra long range 2D imager. This variety of scanning capabilities means the Falcon X3+ is just as at home in big box retail inventory management as well as trucking or logistics environments. For proof of delivery or other photographic needs, select models include a 3.1 megapixel camera.

With your choice of Windows CE 6.0 Professional or Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5, the Falcon X3+ supports most mobile data management platforms. 1 GB of storage is standard, but can be upgraded using the microSD slot, allowing you to keep large inventory and order databases on hand all day. 802.11a/b/g/n radios keep your employees in contact within the four walls, great for pushing down updates or work process changes on the fly.

Warehouse and industrial environments are incredibly demanding; thankfully the Falcon X3+ can handle them with ease. The reinforced plastics on the mobile computer protect it from drops of six feet to concrete, surviving drops from forklifts or high shelves with ease. Internal sealing on the Falcon X3+ is rated at IP65 standards, completely sealing it against dust and preventing low-pressure water sprays from harming internal components.
