The Essential Retail System base PC comes preinstalled with Proxis Store Manager software, a fantastic POS software suite that provides both day-to-day retail operations as well as back office functionality including sales reporting, inventory management, and employee tracking. Additional software, including printer drivers, comes preinstalled as well, giving you an easy-to-setup system that will be up and running in minutes.
Each system ships with a 1-year hardware warranty with 7-day replacement service from POSGuys.com. Our support staff also provide 1 year of phone support, as well as an initial training call to familiarize you with the system.
