Google Mobile Services are the set of applications that Google makes available for consumers to use on their phones and tablets. Apps such as Gmail, Chrome, YouTube, and the PlayStore are all part of GMS.

In most cases when you will be getting the apps that you want to use off the playstore you will want to go with devices pre-installed with GMS. For added security where you will be loading your own APK non-GMS devices prevent non-productivity apps such as games from being loaded.
