FAQ# 2367: Can my Star Printer connect to my Dual Band WiFi or Mesh WiFi Network?

Answer

Unfortunately, Star Micronics printers will only work with the 2.4gHz radio channel for WiFi setups. If you have a Dual Band network that has both 2.4gHz and 5gHz channels, these will need to be separated out to two different networks. If you have a Mesh Network, the printer will unfortunately not work with that type of WiFi.
