FAQ# 2372: My Zebra label printer keeps skipping a label, every time it prints. What causes this?

Question

My Zebra label printer keeps skipping a label, every time it prints. What causes this?

Answer

This is generally caused by an issue with calibration. You can do a Smart Calibration on the ZD400 series, ZD500 series, and ZD600 series by pressing both the PAUSE and CANCEL buttons together for 2+ seconds, to calibrate the printer. If the printer continues to have issues, please call or email POSGuys Support at 800-903-6571 ext 302 or via email at [email protected]
