Enabling Take Out orders and Features in Aldelo POS

To enable Take Out service in Aldelo, navigate to the Back Office and enter the Store Settings Menu. From there go to the Services tab and make sure the option is checked on the Take Out tab.

Here is a list of some of useful settings to modify how Take Out orders behave:

**Require Phone # for Take Out**

* Back Office > Store Settings > Services > Take Out
 * Enables/Disables the option to require a phone number in order to enter a take out order.

**Take Out/Delivery Show Search Type**

* Back Office > Store Settings > Staff/CRM
 * Adds search options for customer information including Phone Number, Account Number, MSR Card, and Customer Name

**Do Not Prompt User to Enter Customer Phone Number for Take Out on this Station**
 	
* Back Office > Station Settings > Other Options
 * This will override and disable the requirement for searching or selecting a customer.

**New Customer Take Out On Hold**

* Back Office > Store Settings > Services > Take Out
 * If a user isn’t in the system, this option will place the takeout order on hold until it is manually removed from hold.
