I received and connected my POS-X printer, but it does not work. What can I do?

Answer

After connecting your POS-X printer, you will need to install a driver. The drivers are available either on the downloads tab available on the product's page on our website, or on the manufacturer's website Here. Use the drop down menus to select the category 'Receipt Printers', and then the specific product model. Once you install the driver, your POS-X printer should be working.
