The Honeywell OptimusPDA has reached end of life. It has been replaced by the Honeywell OptimusS.
This product replaces the older Socket SoMo 650.
The Metrologic OptimusPDA SP5700 mobile computer provides a versatile solution for workers needing aggressive data capture in a rugged mobile computing body. The 2D area imager can scan most any 1D and 2D barcodes, including damaged and worn barcodes, and can also act as a camera for quick photography. For durability, the OptimusPDA features a rugged rubberized design allows it to withstand multiple 5' drops, and an IP54 sealing specification protects it against dust and splashes of water.
