Engineered with user feedback and Zebra’s proven design legacy, the ZT230 streamlines routine operations while offering the durability and power needed for high-volume label printing.
Built for demanding applications, the ZT230 features an all-metal enclosure and supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. It includes a large 450-meter ribbon capacity, minimizing downtime and enabling longer print runs. The printer’s compact bi-fold door requires minimal clearance, making it ideal for tight workspaces such as manufacturing lines, warehouse stations, or back-office inventory areas.
The LCD display has an integrated keypad that simplifies configuration and troubleshooting, especially in environments where label formats change frequently. The ZT230 prints at speeds up to 6 inches per second and offers a maximum print width of 4.09 inches (104 mm), making it a solid choice for logistics, inventory management, and product labeling.
