Speeding Up The Support Process

There are a few things that can be done on the customer side in order the help the support process along: Its important to know the information that was used when the order was placed, so we can identify the specific item information and proof of purchase. If the item was not purchased from POSGuys, we can direct you to the manufacture for further assistance. <ul><li>Customer PO/Order/Reference Number → the unique identification number for that specific purchase (ie. PG123456)</li> <li>Company Name</li> <li>First and last name of the person who placed the order</li> <li>Phone number or email that was included in the contact information</in> </ul> The next step in the support process would be to identify the issue so we can diagnose what might be causing it and then find a solution. <ul><li>Outline what the issue is and how long it had been occurring.</il> <li>Was anything changed around the same time or a little before the issue first occurred?</li> <li>Have you performed any troubleshooting already? If so, what where the results?</li></ul>
