My Epson U220 doesn’t work with my Aloha system. What could be going on?

With the Aloha POS system, it is recommended by the manufacturer of the software to use an RS-232 interface (serial) on the TM-U220B impact printer. If you have an Ethernet or USB enabled U220, you should be able to swap out the interface cards with your old printer, or you may order a new printer. Once you have the serial interface installed (if it didn’t already come with it), plug in the serial-to-Ethernet adapter on the back of the device. The EPSON TM-M10 is a smaller version of the EPSON TM-M30 with the ability to print on the more compact 2" wide receipt paper. Scan all Uppercase or Lowercase with Zebra Barcode Scanner
