My Epson U220 doesn’t work with my Aloha system. What could be going on?

With the Aloha POS system, it is recommended by the manufacturer of the software to use an RS-232 interface (serial) on the TM-U220B impact printer. If you have an Ethernet or USB enabled U220, you should be able to swap out the interface cards with your old printer, or you may order a new printer.
